Our Discovery Process
Central to our strategic marketing approach is an interview and research process with our clients we call "Discovery". It begins with an in-depth Q&A with the principles of your company, in which we discover your current and potential target buyers, what each group is looking to find and the needs and fears which motivate them to buy--or not to buy.
We then take this research and analyze it, developing fictional profiles of customer targets which illustrate possible entrance points to the website, what pages they're likely to view for information, and the actions each group will take before buying. We use this information to develop navigational funnels with landing pages and actions tailored to address the individual needs and fears of each group, as well as in our strategic keyword analysis.
Strategic Keyword Analysis
Keywords are the language of search, and our unique keyword discovery tools allow us to analyze in-depth the search terms used by your unique customer base and determine the most lucrative keyword terms to use in your marketing content. Our analysis includes both local and global search vocabulary, as well as "long-tail" keyword searches that exploit every competitive keyword advantage.
Once our keyword discovery is complete, we organize similar keywords into "verticals". These groups of keywords can be used for crafting keyword-rich SEO content, social media and other offsite links, and pay-per-click campaigns.
